Fred brings to Arizona Shine 24 years of experience in broadcasting, and has been with Spirit FM, a network of eleven Christian stations in Camdenton, Missouri, for the past nine years.

Fred and his wife Julie are parents of a daughter Ashleigh, son Logan, and daughter Keira.Â The family will make their home in Prescott.

Sallyâ€™s professional media ministry career began over 20 years ago. She has served as a nationally-syndicated Christian radio program creator, producer, host and client spokesperson.Â Through the years she has forged relationships with Americaâ€™s influential Christian leaders. Sally serves as Station Manager for Arizona Shine and hosts a Saturday morning program, “Portraits – Snapshots of life, hope & faith.” Â Sally speaks at Womenâ€™s events, communicating a message of hope, joy and peace that can be found by trusting in our Lord. She states, â€śLife is a great adventure and knowing that He guides our days and satisfies our needs is a great comfort and source of strength.â€ť Sally and her husband, Roger, have a daughter & son-in-law and son & daughter-in-law andÂ 6 beautiful grandchildren. Sallyâ€™s great joy is her role as wife, mom and grandma.
Morning Show, Production Director
Born in Evansville, Indiana, Dave lived in Kentucky, Texas, Missouri and Iowa before coming to Arizona Shine from KGRN AM in Grinnell, Iowa, where he served as program director and also did production, news and color commentary at sporting events. He started in radio in 2004 and received much of his training in production and sound by working as an audio engineer and lead guitarist while traveling with bands all over the country as well as attending the Broadcast Center in St. Louis, Mo. Dave loves the sunny weather, friendly people and all the opportunities to be outdoors. In addition to working at Arizona Shine Dave also plays guitar for local Christian artist Covenant 31. He has two cats, Hunter and Abigail and his favorite verses are Psalm 33:4 and Jeremiah 29:11.
Raised in southern Vermont with four siblings, Amy attributes her passion and knowledge of Christian music to the influence of her worship leader father and her mom, as the family excitedly attended every area Christian concert and festival available. Â Amy graduated in 2000 with a Ministerial Arts Degree from Heart of David Bible College in Alabama.Â In 2008 she made her radio debut as morning host, weather announcer and event planner at Lake Havasu City KNLB Christian Radio.
Amy joined Arizona Shine as midday host in 2013, joyfully sharing her love for the Lord and music with listeners. With her husband Roger she also leads worship at their church in Prescott Valley. They are proud parents of their children, Raquel and Joseph, and recently became foster parents and Special Needs Pastors.Â Amyâ€™s heart is to touch every life she encounters with Godâ€™s unconditional love and a smile.

Front Desk, Weekend Host
Kelly was raised by extensive US travelers.Â Her favorite journey was a graduation gift from her father where they drove and camped across the country all summer long!Â She has worked as a secretary for the Dean of Students at the Community College of Rhode Island, as a dental records tech, as a movie extra and more.Â At Arizona Shine you will find her at the front desk answering the phone, taking prayer requests, and helping listeners with song questions.Â Kelly was a single mom for 12 years which helped her learn how to become extra thrifty.Â Kelly shares these lessons and tips on Thursdays during the Morning Show with Dan.
Community Outreach Director
Moving from the Hawaiian islands to Prescott in 2010, Nancy immediately dialed in as a volunteer to the local Christian radio station, Arizona Shine, bringing with her over 35 years business experience. She had worked in the computer industry, banking and most recently managing a wholesale company for 24 years in Hawaiiâ€”all the time with her heartâ€™s desire to be part of a ministry dedicated to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Nancy joined the staff in January 2012 as Community Outreach Director, working hand in hand with the Friends of Arizona Shine, our valued volunteers, as together they facilitated Arizona Shine events. Nancy and her husband Jim have six children and eight beautiful grandchildren.

Donor Relations, Prayer Ministry
Virginia is the middle daughter of the son of a Southern Presbyterian Pastor and a former nursing nun of German descent. Â An ASU graduate, Virginia began her eclectic career path as a high school English and American Lit instructor, moving on to chief editor of a west Phoenix newspaper, and later became the administrator of a national Native American magazine affiliated with the Smithsonian. Â She owned, with her son and daughter-in-law, a jazz club/cafĂ© at Estrella Mountain Ranch and while working on a Masters Degree in Psychosocial Rehabilitation at U of A, Virginia was hired by the University to work with men and women diagnosed with serious mental illness.Â She and her husband Dave moved to Prescott, and Virginia happily joined the staff at Arizona Shine six years ago.Â Â She is the mom of John (Shelby)Â and Kris (Gary), grandmother to Zoe and Zefea, Matthew and Jared.
Marcia is a baby boomer!Â She completed high school, no college, but has lots of on-the-job training and education, which is what she says â€śthey did way back then.â€ť Â Marcia has been an elementary school teacherâ€™s aide, packed sea rations during the Vietnam war, worked as a long distant telephone operator for Ma-Bell and as a mortgage banking home loan processor/ teacher, and now serves as a pastorâ€™s wife and financial coordinator for Arizona Shine. Marcia processes all the bills, orders supplies, and inputs into the computer all donations from donors and business underwriters, along with scheduling all traffic agreement spots. She says her major talent is focused detail in all she does and that her personality reflects her talent!

Sheâ€™s a girl from blue grass country. Give her a horse, let her strap on a backpack, or hand her a rake for her garden, and youâ€™ll know our happily carefree outdoor girl LouAnn! Her joy in life is her walk with the Lord, her husband of 42 years, Rick; their two daughters Kim and Kris, and adorable grandkids Eli and Matty.
LouAnn attended Prescott High School, where she met her sweetheart Rick. Together they came to know the Lord in 1981 as they listened to His Word at Calvary Chapel in Prescott. She became Arizona Shine Financial Assistant in September, 2012, to Financial Director Marcia Montgomery. Known as â€śthe quiet oneâ€ť in a staff of talkers, LouAnn is a vital addition to Arizona Shine. For Montgomery, â€śSheâ€™s a pleasure to work with. LouAnn is so reliable and her love for the Lord and this ministry shows in everything she does.â€ť
Hiking with a book in that backpack (currently reading Into The Wild by Jon Krakauer), focused on the financial aspect of the ministry, spending time with her family, or carving out quiet time with her Savior, LouAnn lives life with passion and delight.

Barbara isÂ originally from Orange County, CA.Â She has worked as a secretary in aerospace, as secretary to her State Legislator, and lastly as Exec Secretary to a patent and trademark attorney in Newport Beach prior to retiring here in PV.Â She originally started as a volunteer at Arizona Shine, then was asked if she would join the team as aÂ part time receptionist. Â She is the mother of Greg(daughter-in-law Lesley) and grandmother to Hayley and Adam. Â She has also been married to her wonderful husband and friend for 50 years.

Daniel has worked in radio his whole life.Â Learning from his father, Daniel began as a board operator at the age of 8 and took a particular interest in early radio automation, production and traffic systems.Â He studied computer science in college and went on to start a computer network and consulting firm in Indiana.Â In 2007 Daniel was given the opportunity to go back to his life long love of radio and jumped at the chance to join the Arizona Shine team.

Micah started working for Christian radio in Indianapolis during High School. The Word of Christ taught through radio programs had a profound impact on his life to spread the Truth. After following his passion for the game of Football while in college, Micah became involved with Campus Outreach to build laborers on the college campus through evangelism and discipleship. He earned his degree in Marketing and Communications in 2007 and came to Arizona to play in the AIFA.
Micah joined the Arizona Shine team in 2008.
