Reflections on Jesus, Friend of Sinners

They saw Matthew as a tax collector; Jesus saw a future disciple.  They dismissed Zacchaeus as a crook; Jesus recognized a searching heart.

“Oh Jesus, friend of sinners
Open our eyes to the world at the end of our pointing fingers…”

Hi, I’m Sally Barton and these are my   Reflections on Jesus, Friend of Sinners

I smile when I remember how streams of hope, joy and peace flowed through people who reflected Jesus’ love when my life was marked by a heart that hadn’t yet turned to my Savior.

I smile when I remember Paul’s admonishment in 1 Corinthians 1: 26, “Brothers and sisters, think of what you were when you were called.”

I smile when I hear the Truth of God’s Word proclaimed through His music and teaching knowing your Radio Shine is a powerful tool to share His love with the lost.

My day is brightened when I think of you and your growing love for Him…

“…let the stones fall from their hands…”
