Game Day Brisket

This is our family favorite recipe – easy and so good!

Heavy aluminum foil
1 fresh (not pre-spiced) beef brisket – about 4 lbs
1 large yellow onion, sliced
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. season salt
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder

2 cups BBQ sauce
Hamburger buns

Place brisket in foil cut large enough to completely wrap & seal the Brisket.  Sprinkle meat with liquid smoke.  Sprinkle the meat with the Season Salt , white pepper and garlic.  Scatter the sliced onions over the top of the meat.  Seal the foil tightly Рpoke a small hole in the top to vent.

Bake or grill at 325 for approximately 3 hours.  Slice and serve with warm BBQ sauce on hamburger buns.  Enjoy!
